Facilities - ICT Centre

	The Information and Communication Technology Centre (ICT Centre) provides facilities for both students and staff members of this university.
Computer teaching laboratories:
	The ICT Centre has 06 computer teaching laboratories which accommodate 225 computers at present. These laboratories are allocated for undergraduates of the university. All the computers in the ICT Centre are networked and all the laboratories are provided with Internet facilities. Each lab is equipped with a multimedia projector, a white board and a wide-screen for projectors. All the labs are air conditioned and housed with comfortable seating facilities.
Printing facility
	Printer Lab is opened for all undergraduates in all faculties. This lab is housed with ten (10 ) LQ printers for students at no cost.
Laser Printouts / Colour Printouts
	The ICT Centre has one sophisticated laser printer, one multi function printer and one colour printer to be used by the students and the members of the staff.
Internet and E-mail facility
	The Internet and E-mail lab is reserved for staff members. Ten (10) computers are available at present for staff members. All faculties are interconnected to the Local Area Network (LAN) of the ICT Centre via the University Wide Optical Fibre Backbone and the Internet and networking facilities have been extended to a larger number of users including academic, administrative and non-academic staff of this university.
Scanning facility
	Scanning facility is provided for both staff and students. Assistance is provided, if necessary, by the staff of the ICT centre.
