Providing Technical Support on troubleshooting and repairing of equipment under the Repair & Maintenance Unit of the ICT Centre. Troubleshooting and fixing problems of Internet & E-Mail facilities in the University. Installation of necessary software and virus guards. Organizing Workshops and Staff Development programs for academic, non academic and administrative staff. Organizing Workshops, Certificate and Diploma Courses for the general public.
