APS is attached to the Department of Accountancy, Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies of University of Kelaniya.

The Primary Objective of the APS is the effective and efficient usage of expertise, knowledge and experience of the Department of Accountancy to meet the requirements of  Sri Lankan Industry for sustainable development through a culture of Research and Development.
