PROCUREMENT NOTICE

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION   OF SSERVER, PERSONAL COMPUTERS & PRINTERS. 2011/02

Sealed Tenders are invited from Manufacturers/Principals or their accredited agents for the Supply and Installation of Server, Personal Computers and Printers for the University of Kelaniya.

Bidding Documents could be obtained up to 2.00 p.m. on 31.03.2011 from the Deputy Bursar (Supplies) University of Kelaniya on production of the receipt obtained after paying a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500/- to the Shroff of the University by cash, between 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on working days.

Duly filled Document in Duplicate mark “Original & Copy” in two separate sealed envelopes enclosed in bigger envelope, mark "Supply and Installation of Server, Personal Computers & Printers 2011/02” on the top left hand corner of the envelope should handover to the Deputy Bursar/Supplies, University of Kelaniya by hand or deposit in the Tender Box kept at the office of the Supplies on or before 2.00 p.m. on 01.04.2011. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter. Late bids will not be accepted. Tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the opening of tenders.
