PROCUREMENT NOTICE

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF 500KVA GENERATOR. 2011/01

Sealed Tenders are invited from Manufacturers/Principals or their accredited agents for the Supply, Installation & Commissioning of a 500KVA Generator for the University of Kelaniya.

Bidding Documents could be obtained up to 2.00 p.m. on 31/03/2011 from the Deputy Bursar (Supplies) University of Kelaniya on production of the receipt obtained after paying a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500/- to the Shroff of the University by cash, between 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on working days.

Duly filled document in duplicate mark “Original and Copy” in two separate sealed envelope enclosed in bigger envelope, mark "Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Generator/ 2011/04/01” on the top left hand corner of the envelope should handover to the Deputy Bursar/Supplies, or deposit in the tender box kept at the supplies branch, University of Kelaniya, on or before 10.30 a.m. on 01/04/2011. The bids will be opened immediately thereafter. Late bids will not be accepted. Bidders or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the opening of tenders.
