Major research programs carried out by the academic staff members are fabrication and characterisation of semiconductor materials for the construction of thin film solar cells, photocatalytic water splitting, Study of structural and magnetic properties of materials using Mössbauer spectroscopy, NMR studies related to fuel cells, designing and developing of new electronic circuits for various applications, conducting glasses, study of salt gradient solar ponds for solar energy utilization etc. Interested students are welcome to register for the MPhil and PhD programs related to these research activities.
