Prescribed application forms and details regarding the above Posts could be obtained from the Acting Deputy Registrar/Academic Establishments Division during office hours or could be downloaded from the University Website: https://www.kln.ac.lk/vacancies.
Requests for application forms by post should be accompanied with a self–addressed stamped envelope of 23 x 10 cm in size. All applications together with copies of relevant certificates should be forwarded to the Acting Deputy Registrar/Academic Establishments, University of Kelaniya, under registered cover to her on or before 21.11.2025.
The post should be indicated on the top left hand corner of the envelope. Candidates should submit separate applications for each post applied for. Incomplete, illegible or applications received after closing date will be rejected.

Individual Consultant for Completion of Six-Storied Building for Examination and Lecture Halls at University of Kelaniya
1. The Vice Chancellor, University of Kelaniya now invites cost proposals to provide the following consulting services: Audit, identify balance work, Design renovation plan, Develop detailed architectural and engineering documentation, Prepare cost estimates, Prepare Bidding Documents, Supervise project execution to ensure compliance and quality, Supervise project execution and Certify project completion and compliance. More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference.
2. The interested consultants must provide comprehensive cost proposal that they are qualified to perform the services by providing (proven documents should be submitted along with the proposal)
· Relevant educational background with proven documents and having minimum 20 years’ experience as mentioned below;
i. B. Sc. Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering/ Chartered engineer acceptable to the employer with full professional qualifications and
ii. with a minimum 10 years experience as a Structural Engineering
· Experience in construction project assessment, cost estimation, and preparation of bidding documents, preferably for large institutional or university buildings
· Strong knowledge of local building codes, standards, and procurement procedures
3. An individual consultant will be selected under least cost method and procedures described in the TOR as per the National Procurement Agency guideline 3.11 for selection and employment of Consultant.
4. The site visit will be scheduled on 11th August 2025 at 10.00 a.m. and started from the Deans Office, Faculty of Commerce and Management, University of kelaniya. More information can be obtained from the Project Manager, University of Kelaniya, Dalugama Kelaniya (0112-903194, Email: pe-sthrd@kln.ac.lk) on working days from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs.
5. The proposal must be delivered to the Project Manager, University of Kelaniya, Dalugama, Kelaniya by 18th August 2025.
